Steven A. Aquino - Advisory Board Member

Steve Aquino is President of Aquino Financial Group LLC. Steve has extensive knowledge and expertise in financial, business and estate planning. A resident of Carroll County, Steve is a graduate of McDaniel College. He was elected to his second term as Maryland State President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and is past Chairman of the Board of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Aquino is active in Carroll County with several non-profit organizations.

Fred Gossage - Advisory Board Member

Mr. William “Fred” Gossage, Jr. was born in Baltimore MD and at the age of 5 he moved to Howard County and has resided there ever since. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Baltimore in 1980. He has been an Agent with State Farm Insurance for 35 years and is currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors for the Town of Sykesville, which is a non-profit organization.

Bill Leishear - Advisory Board Member

Bill Leishear is Senior Account Executive at Ironmark, Inc. located in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. He has been in the printing communications business for 30 plus years. Ironmark is a full-service commercial printing company offering offset and digital printing, mailing and fulfillment as well as design, wide format signage, ad specialty products, web development and online marketing services. Prior to going to Ironmark, Bill was the Vice President and Co-owner of a mid-size commercial printing company for 16 years. Bill worked in the financial printing world at Cadmus Communications and RR Donnelley. He was involved in the typesetting, filing, printing and distribution of the regulatory documents required by the SEC for public offerings for banks, corporations and mutual funds. Bill lives in Ellicott City with his wife Erin and has three children- Jordan, Nate and Julia. He currently serves on the St. Vincent Pallotti High School Board of Directors.

Frank Potepan III - Advisory Board Member

Frank Potepan III is a seasoned professional with a proven record in leadership and financial management. He is currently Vice President of Catonsville Builders, Inc. Potepan and a long time friend, Rob Scranton, started the company in 1984. The business continued to grow and in 2000, the company was restructured to become the “management company” for other business ventures. He is very active and involved with many local organizations in Carroll, Howard and Baltimore Counties.

Bruce Reamer - Advisory Board Member

Bruce Reamer is the Owner and Operator of Reamer Restaurant, Inc. t/a Salernos located in Eldersburg, MD. Mr. Reamer has over 30 years of experience in the Restaurant Industry as a Owner and Operator. Bruce purchased the restaurant in 1987 and converted it into the seafood restaurant and catering business it is known as today.

Bruce graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor degree in Business and Hospitality Management in 1983.
